My name is Kim Olson and I am a full-time tutor based in Naperville, Illinois. I am a certified elementary school teacher and am also certified in The Wilson Reading System™. These qualifications and my experience are the foundation of my tutoring practice.

I have specific training and experience in helping students with dyslexia, auditory and language processing disorders, ADD and ADHD, dysgraphia, and twice exceptional (2e) learners. I am a certified Wilson Reading System™ teacher, a member of The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) who is in compliance with the IDA Knowledge and Practice Standards for Teachers of Reading.

I believe it is never too early or too late to grow and learn, and accept students as young as second grade and as old as 80! No matter the age of a student, the self-confidence boost that accompanies active learning is empowering and life-changing.

My goal is to teach students to be active learners and self-advocates, and my results are always positive! I look forward to helping you, or your child.
